Netaphor Ltd. will invoice you annually for your services and you must pay for services in advance. If you have taken a free trial the invoice point starts after the trial expires, so initially you get 13 months usage for the price of 12.
Fees for consultancy will be agreed up-front. 50% Payment is required when the project starts, the remaing 50% is paid on completion of the project or consultancy period.
You can cancel your services at any point but you need to give us 30 days notice.
You will be refunded for the number of unused whole months remaining in the 12 month billing cycle.
